Eduardo,
In my
opinion, Equis should first listen to the excellent ideas
that have been posted here for the last few days, and implement those into the
Base Package of MetaStock, then if you want to continue to build and sell
ad-ons, do so the way Alpha Omega did it...give me full access to the
codes which I can work with to fine tune and fit my own trading style.
I personally do
not need any more of your BLACK BOXES!

I must say that I
enjoy the messages from the group I am very impressed by the organization and
the level of discussions I see on the group every week.
As many of you
already know I work for Equis. My main responsibilities are
managing the Business Alliances, the Indirect Sales Channels, and the 3rd
party products that Equis offers.
We have recently
introduced a program for Official 3rd party add-ons, those are products
that are developed by 3rd companies and users of
MetaStock. We have found this to be a way to support our users by
offering additional trading tools not included with the MetaStock
package.
I am writing to
the group to ask for some help, and also to make sure that we are offering the
tools that users like you would like to have. If at all possible I would
like to ask each and everyone of you group members to give me some feedback of
the types of products that you would like to see as an official MetaStock
Add-on. This can be products that you have heard about, or products that
you have developed and would like to have Equis review it. I would like
to introduce 2 to 3 new add-on products this fall, we have started the
evaluation process already with about 3 products but I would like to evaluate
at least 6 of them and choose the ones that have the best
functionality.
The official
add-on program offers marketing support for the products as we
present the products to our customers, we include the add-ons with many
of our offers and have a brochure with the products
listed.
I would greatly
appreciate if you would give me your feedback by September
12th. I will be looking forward to
hearing from you.
