Create a simple expert with highlights based on your buy and sell signals,
or add the highlights to an expert you are already using. If you have a
formula for buy and sell formulas this is very simple to do. Once you are
happy with the expert then save it as part of your default template so that
every new smart chart opens with the correct colour bars. You will need to
delete existing smart charts if you save a new default template.
