"I normally run MS 7.03 on Windows XP Home, and I recently
reinstalled MS 6.52 without experiencing any unusual problems. One
advantage with Win XP using any version of MS is that any MS crash
does not take down the whole system. That used to really get to me
when I was running on Win 98 SE."

Thanks for the quick response, Roy.:)

Yes, I've had my share of those crashes, too. Sounds like I can
migrate to XP and get more overall stability, to boot.

Is there anything you've seen in the newer versions of MS (EOD) that
you think make it REALLY compelling to upgrade? (The only reason I
upgraded to 6.52 out of the MS 4.0 series was because of Y2K
concerns, not because of lack of functionality.)

Luck,

Sebastian
