Jim,
Not the easiest but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.
First, right click on the indicator, click on properties, then help
to read what Metastock has to say about it.
To perform the function you will need to highlight the indicator by
left clicking on it. A small box should open on one of the lines. As
you move your cursor closer to the box a fist will show up. This
indicates that you can drag and drop. In your case rotate to the
desired location.
