No, I am in McKinney, TX, 30 miles north of 
Dallas.  My ISP connects with the same cable that provides my television 
services.  I have had it 4 years and it is now very reliable although I did 
have some conneciton problems at first.

    I downloaded yesterday evening with no 
    problems.  My ISP is AT&T Broadband Internet (attbi.com), just 
    bought by Comcast.

      just that I would do anything to do business with another reliable ISP who
