I did my own minor car repairs I came across a repair shop that rented tools at 
$5 per hour  and charged $20 per hour for a mechanic to fix up your

  Firstly, have you tried to defragment your hard 
  drive. Seriously,  as someone who speaks from experience, why not build 
  your own. It's very easy. You'll need to set aside a day, but if you have 
  researched the problem well enough to specify your own machine,  then 
  putting it together yourself is v. easy.
