It's easy to create a Metastock folder and have
everything go into it automatically. The disadvantage is that when you receive
mail in real time, the Metastockk mail will not be visible. Will have to
specifically review the Matastock folder separately.... Not a major issue but it
does save a lot of time and privides convivience if you can read your mail while
you may have a few idle moments....
Thanks for everyone's suggestions

I found it fairly easy to create a Rule in
Outlook Express that directs the Metastock list items into a separate
folder.
This means that the Metastock list mails are all
together and I can go through them separately.
I used the Rules wizard.

It would be nice if the Metastock group email
is identified in the subject area with the name "Metastock".
This would make it easy to identify it quickly,
allow searching, sorting, grouping etc.
Have a great day
