I found it fairly easy to create a Rule in Outlook
Express that directs the Metastock list items into a separate
folder.
This means that the Metastock list mails are all
together and I can go through them separately.
I used the Rules wizard.

It would be nice if the Metastock group email is
identified in the subject area with the name "Metastock".
This would make it easy to identify it quickly,
allow searching, sorting, grouping etc.
