Have you loaded a tick with a chart security that
has both negative and positive values such as $TICKI?
Using eSignal for nearly a year with 7.2 have never
observed this problem, but with 7.21, the chart intermittently stops updating.
This seems to happen to when the value crosses from positive to negative. If you
really never have any problems please try it (set bars to show individual values
and open an excel sheet to compare the chart values with the correct
ones).
