Not sure but if you look up in the indicators(Datalink) it gives you
advancing issues and volume in one indicator. Not sure what this means but I
do not see them separated.

What is "combined price and volume"? Are they not pure A-D date and can  not
be used A-D line theory to analyze the market?

These are among DataLink's "Market Indicators" which I think you would have
access to (as part of indices, I guess). I don't know about puts/calls.
