The smartcharts are in the data directory(s), the charts and layouts and
templates are in the MSWIN directory in a folder called "charts".

The important thing for layouts is to keep the paths to the data directories
the same, so if they are currently in D:\Metastock Data they have to go back
to D:\Metastock Data.

Also, use the same version of MSWIN when you reinstall.
