Probably a corrupt file.
Kernel32.dll is a small file (746KB). Find out where the file should be in
your system. [Start, Search, Files] Then, get a copy by Internet as an
attachment of the DLL from someone with ME or, if you have the disk, copy
and paste (replace ) the existing files. This should solve the problem.
Better still, change to W2000.
