If one is considering going to an eSignal feed would a
true dedicated line that is not used for any other internet functions like
    e-mail, or browser be best?

TL : probably YES  MS + Esignal asks a lot
of your computer but of course if you have POWER
           all is
    relative.

(after a lot of tuning it
works on 400MHZ + 64 MB intern but you have to close as many
            as possible
    applications in this situation).

Or does it matter at all?

Any comments on the reliability of eSignal
    itself,

TL :  my observation : ok  (Support
Esginal could be a lot better).

as well as eSignal with MS 7.03 would also be
    appreciated.

TL : Equis support when i needed is was
    ok.

    Thanks for the consideration.

TL : it is nothing  :)   (belgian saying
    (but i am dutch))

    Greetings Theo Lockefeer.
