And if you don't mind to also considder your users overseas
(eg in Euro,Asia,Aus/NZ,Africa&Lat.AM) eg when using
the CdRom than also known as the FAR AWAY countries.............
but now in the modern late 90'ees Internet days, we now are
truely your NEXT DOOR nabours.........................so use the web,
unless 'next door nabours' are scary monsters from outer space,
so please reconsidder your Patch's stand(s).

Your upgrades might cost 9 bucks localy. Some must already pay
18 bucks "overseas" as well as that on top, it will also be topped with
extra then overseas "local" custom fees and other fling expenses
and (floating) exchange rates, and that all for an unknown reason.

Providing patches via CdRom's is a good service, but providing
them via the Web is an incredable EXCELLENT service. For both
your "indoor" nabours as well as for your "next door" ww-nabours. Also
everywhere very common, and hence you were doing a good job
providing the patches. And free of $ charge. But also, what you provided
wasn't enough. You don't seem to have actual "aggressive" bites being
put up there, eg your website portraits your company, and as such, your
website is poor. Not implying that your company is also poor, but the policies
seems poor{read "poor" as "can be improved a hell of a lot better"}.

To be honoust, the buildup of your website, its structure and pages contents and
its maintnance and maintnance scheduling, as well the accompanying explanations
were generaly of a poor quality. As though you have to maintain a website but realy
and truely don't realy want it. Eg, it being a burdon on your business having it around.
Same goes to program improvements. It is just not enough !! Not aggressive, neither
a killer. Localy here, MetaStock has been downgraded as an "average" package.
True, it also has an "average" Price, but where is the spark ?{eg when I first bought it,
thought of it as a "stunning" program, but that was with v6.0. Since, I cannot see it
getting the large improvements that it requires}.

You should upgrade your package + website into an unmissable TA(MetaStock) and
knowledge base(Website), eg for your present users and advanced users as well as
for it(Website) being a windowshop portal {with showing of that precious large KB} with
a treasury in Support + articles {in the widest sence, eg gadgets too} for your current
and future users.

Regarding your CdRom check CopyRight issues, remember that programs that are
being hacked, are also usualy the popular ones. If popular, means too that they are
being sold. If not popular, tjees I do not hope to have seen the day that I will have to
miss out on your Graphics, since there aren't that many programs around having such
a friendly looking appeal and quality in displaying the charts.

Eg, make it(Website) a TRUE home for the MetaStock users(worldwide).
Eg, make it(MetaStock) such a TRUE stunning TA and Trading software packge that
no one can permits him/herselfs to miss out on.

I believe you are completely right ! Same thing with the EOD upgrade from
6,5 to 7 which costs $150 and apart fixes not much USABLE has been added.
I'm strongly doubting in what business Equis is really in.

Greetings

Mickey
