Problems are resolved, kind of. After having to reinstall Win98 twice, I was
able to install MS 7.01 and that 'seems' to be working. I still have no fix for
the 7.01 bugs, but it at least allows me to get back to trading.
There is no point in talking with anyone from Equis tech support, whether they
call me or I call them.
They were no help before, what is different now? Besides, I would have to be a
complete idiot to reinstall 7.02 after what happened. It is obviously NOT a fix
for myself and several others that are going thru similar problems.
I used to be completely satisfied with your software AND tech support. It is
only since the 6.52 patches has MS gone to hell that I am unsatisfied. I have no
idea what the problems are and I don't really care. I need a program that works.
One that allows me to focus on my trading, not on being a beta tester.
I'll wait for vers. 7.0x and then see what happens.
If you want to make me a satisfied customer then cut all the crap about future
versions with more bells and whistles and get me an upgrade that works!
