As I said before, I would really like you to privately send me your phone
number. If you will do this I will have someone at Equis call you and take
a personal interest in trying to solve your problems.

Not everyone is having the problems you are having. It may or may not
indicate a problem in our code. Sometimes, there are specific circumstances
involved with an individual machine configuration which can cause problems
to appear. Every users environment is different and there are times when our
code may ONLY show problems in specific machine configurations. It is in
our best interest and yours to identify the cause and formulate the remedy.

I take no pride in the fact that we have caused you so many problems. You
can attack me and my staff all you want, but it still will not help in
solving the problems you are experiencing. I am only interested in fixing
the problem and it makes no difference whether or not anyone thinks of me
fondly.

Ken
Once I opened MS and then closed it, it would not re-open unless I did a
reboot.
After spending several hours trying to get 7.02 to work properly I removed
it and
then reinstalled Win98.

I installed 7.02 again. The Experts worked this time. Unfortunately MS
locked up on
me and I had to use CTRL, ALT, DEL to get out.

To make a long story short, I had to reinstall Win98 AGAIN and install 7.01.
I'll
now spend the rest of the day straightening out my other programs while I'm
thinking
fondly of you and your staff.

BTW, why not forget the multiple system testing and all other enhancements
for a
while and concentrate your efforts on putting out a decent upgrade?????
