Guess what? You don't need to wait for their credit. Being an ex-banker, I
called some of my banker friends to learn the correct lingo. You need to
contact your credit card company and tell them that you don't know what this
charge is and that you didn't order it. They'll complain, but tell them
that this billing is "for services not provided". That's the key statement.
The credit card companies are used to dealing with actual, physical
products, not services. That's why this statement is so important in
getting them to process a credit.
It worked like a charm for me. I hope it does for you. :)

Don't be so sure you're not a paying customer. I signed up for their trial
several months ago and decided against it. I cancelled; they charged my
credit card anyway--like for 6 months of service. I complained and they
finally issued the credit. But get this they just did it again, but this
time for only 3 months of service! I'll have to wait for the credit
again. Unbelievable! I asked them to remove my credit card info from
their system. Does anyone have any experience like this?
