List,

There has been some mention of MetaStock and Windows 2000. MetaStock and The
DownLoader versions 6.52 were released prior to Windows 2000, therefore they
were not tested on that platform. MetaStock and The DownLoader versions 7.01
were tested on the Windows 2000 platform and the issues that were reported
between MetaStock 6.52 and Windows 2000 were corrected. If you experience
any issues with versions 6.52 and Windows 2000, call our sales department at
800-882-3040 or 801-265-8886 for information on upgrading to MetaStock 7.01.
Thank you,
Lynn

Though ment in a good way, this would be a hoax.

In the Downloader there is the Test Tool and running the Tester on the
files..........
will be sufficiant enough to find out if the Data files
-or are in order
-or need fixing
-or are corrupt!!!!!
