Asuming here that you -at those times (between 11pm and 7am)- are receiving
a constant flow of exchange data, I'm not suprised.
At some stage, this data somehow should be written away "definite" to release it
from the user's MEM.
What is happening now is that most recent data will be stored in your RAM first,
and the oldest data in the Swap file second.
But it is only Temperarily stored there, until a (regular) Save command takes
place AND if program is designed in such a way to than immediatly release this
data from MEM(RAM+Swap).

Since I am not familiar with the Pro version and RT feed download tactics, than the
best info centre for this subject would be its source(Equis Support+manual/Help
+website's faqs), other users(this List) and other RT download programs for a
possible substitution of former.
Other programs can also be a sincere vital source for info as well, eg to get familiar
with downloading RT feeds in general and their program's (or otherone's) tactics
/methods/features/solutions (eg for example on how they flush MEM regurlarly
without loss of data).

Excel+ Word (Pro versions) come free with the AUTOSAVE Addin (addin that you
can use when commonly ordinairely working in these programs as well).
