Thanks Dan for your reply.  I am afraid that your answer to my question is 
correct but I am going to try to clear up my question anyway in hope that I 
will get the answer I want.

If long TBonds then sell TBonds at price level Y else if flat (or no market 
position) sell TBonds at price level B.

If short Tbonds then buy TBonds at price level Z else if flat buy at price 
level A.
