adding name to ticker

adding name to  ticker

hi

I daily update 2100 stocks in my dbase but with no names.
I have found a reliable file which includes 12000 tickers and names
so i built a file in excel for these 12000 with the following fields:

<Tick>,<name>,<date>,<close>
AABC,ACCESS ANYTIME BKCRP,1990903,1
AAC,ARCADIA FINCL LTD,,1990903,1
AACE,ACE CASH EXPRESS INC,1990903,1
and so on.......

Pls note since i need only to update 2100 tickers i have 
unchecked (create new files) in equis downloader 6.52.

when the downloader finished I couldn't import these names.

could someone explain what is wrong?
