It tells for a re-test of the May99 1277.30 Low and when succesfull or if not...............see Gif.
The FRACTAL retracements sure do the job I was expecting them to do, so for a clearer
picture, have left out (from the Tool) the 25% (1/4) and the 75% (3/4) levels.
The (2) levels where 2 Fractal time-sets meat (seen on Gif)
1. - the ST 33.3% + LT 12.5% and
2. - the ST 87.5% + LT 33.3 %
sure are hard nuts to crack for the Price (this instance the S&P500),
eg on this Chart too, they are very strong Support/Resistance levels.
