Sorry CMA, but the only solution that I know of is to redo the Layouts.
But this is quick workaround:
-Sparecopy the securities back to the original folder
 (the folder the Layouts point to)
-Then Open the Layouts
-Click New|Layout and Add all Charts to a new Layout
-Save New Layout as a Template
-Open the by you moved security (eg from their new working folder)
  with the new Template
-Click New|Layout again and Add all Charts again to a new Layout
-Save this new Layout overwriting your older Layout
