Get off MetaStock-Digest List???

Sorry to bother, but I signed up for *both* individual e-mails, and the
'MetaStock-Digest'.  The digest is superfluous, and I'd like to stop it.
Any one know how to do that?  I've tried about a dozen times, yet it keeps
on coming....
