Does their downloader pick up data via the net or telephone? Does it enter
into your MS database?

I trade only commodities and I have been using Pinnacle for over a
year. I find Pinnacle to be very reliable and they supply clean data,
competitve prices with a downloader that makes MS downloader look
obsolete.
I download in less than a minute my EOD data at 4:00 pm California time
and Pinnacle seldom misses that time.
