	TAKE IT FROM AN X-REUTERS CUSTOMER ( Cable Modem even!! ), THEY NEITHER
CARE NOR DO THEY LISTEN ANYMORE TO INDIVIDUAL COMPLAINTS AND TO DATE, THEY
WON'T OFFER REFUNDS FOR THEIR SCREWUPS.

	MY SOLUTION WAS AT http://WWW.QP2.COM/ AND NO, I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM.
