I can't answer that.  I don't have any details.  I just thought I'd pass
along a heads up in case you don't receive one from Telescan.

If this upgrade includes a software upgrade that flags a holiday in
their data base the holiday problem will be alleviated.  If they keep
leaving the date in the data base without flagging it as a holiday then
it won't.  They flag the data base for Saturdays and Sundays but they
don't flag holidays.

that's good news - but is this going to fix the holiday problem
specifically - know the "exact "  day  this started -
~ is the real complaint here .....all things considered !
