Y scale

"If the Auto box is unchecked, you can manually enter a value.
Minimum.  Type the minimum value to display on the y-axis.
Maximum.  Type the maximum value to display on the y-axis."
My boxs is unchecked and I save 
but when I reload any charts or layouts the boxs are not unchecked 
and the Y scale it was automatically determined
