Take a look at HD and the Directional Movement System indicators.
The ADX has been below both the +DI and the -DI for the last 4 weeks and is
now hooking up and about to cross the -DI line. Further, the +DI line is above
the -DI line.
This is a classic setup for major change in trend, in this case to the up side
(+DI above -DI). Enter long when the ADX crosses the -DI. The extreme price
rule was set on the cross over on 2/11/99 and has been met as well (MS pages
434-435).
In addition the MACD binary trigger has just turned up to +1.
