Equis should take a look at the 4dtv forum on Delphi. There are several
General Instrument employees that sort of monitor the posting, explain stuff
to the list (like why things were done a certain way, etc.) and take
suggestions from the list and submit them to the company. We had a firmware
(their term for it) download a couple of months ago and it included a bunch
of our suggestions.

This list is an example of how future customer service will be handled if a
company is serious about customer support. Even the negative posts are
responded to.

Regards

Guy

Hello,

I am pleased to see Equis Support's reply acknowledging a bug in chart
drawing. I've often thought that Equis doesn't keep it's users as well
informed as possible (something I've e-mailed Equis about many times).
Hopefully this recent posting is a sign that things are changing and that
we, as users, will be provided with lists of issues addressed in patches
and upgrades along with lists of known, and as yet unaddressed, problems.
