I'm glad I'm not the only one to have had problems trying to get it to work.
Brenda, while being very nice, wasn't too helpful. I worked with Tim for a
while and fixed a couple of problems (like their S&P Continuous contract was
being posted with the wrong data). I've worked with Downloaded for years
and have worked with computers since 1961. I am considered fairly computer
literate and I couldn't get it to work reliably. Don't know how they can
sell this particular product (Downloaded & Prophet).

Just my opinion.

Guy

Was in the middle of MS update from Prophet using the Downloader as I was
reading this. The update busted when Downloader timed out due to no server
response. Unfortunately, this is a daily occurrence. I'm very disappointed
with the Prophet/Downloader combo. The only reliable time to update is in
the morning or on the weekend when server traffic seems to be much lighter.
Download speed then becomes almost acceptable. I'm looking for another EOD
provider.
