Stephen Chooi's disastrous experience with the latest version of
Downloader shows that Equis still has not addressed the basic problem
of Downloader: you cannot update more than one data subdirectory,
which makes Downloader worse than useless.
Equis is messing around with all kinds of bells and whistles while
they have failed to restore basic functionality to the Downloader.
