When your exploration is complete, highlight one of the rows of data in your
exploration, ususally the top row will do, sometimes you may have to
highlight a different row. Click on CTL +C, open your spreadsheet and copy
the data into the spreadsheet. You can now manipulate the data anyway you
want to, within the limits of the spreadsheet. This works with exel, it may
also work with other spreadsheets.
