Richard,
Are you not just describing the quotes-plus data service QP2?  It looks like
they cover all the bases.  Anyone using them with great success?  How is
their data quality?

With regards to RTD data, I have used it for about a year and can only say
the quality is good ( no doubts their) but the time to download and update
all files as well as the time involved to keep all the name change up to
date are my concerns.

My 2 cents.
