"Trading Rule that Can Make You Rich"

I see that Traders' Press has a sale on this 1979 book by Edward D. Dobson. 
It purports to give you "one little known" Gann rule in 67 pages that will, 
of course, make you rich.  It is bundled with a book on Fibonacci numbers 
and another on Bollinger Bands for $29.95 + shipping.

Can anyone recommend this book?  The book is old and I wonder if this 
method has become a standard indicator?   I enjoy reading about Gann's 
methods, especially when someone else has deciphered them.  However, I'm 
looking for useable techniques, not old books to collect.
