Of course Equis should take note of their user community, as
good business practice. What that doesn't mean is that the
loudest and rudest are right.
What I was objecting to was the increasingly strident tone of
the posts about the company. I'm glad to see that the company
is setting up channels for voices to be heard.
I need all the concentration I have to trade successfully, so now
I'll shut up.
