Re: future of MSWIN

"we submit it to our programmers to let them know that you think it would be
nice if we added such a feature to a future version. That is all we can do
for you."

Who can we talk to. It was said that only you and a friend wanted direct
read of TC2000.

"If it does not it means that for Equis there was not enough ROI in this one
feature to justify creating it over so many other features that have a
better ROI."

I hope management makes the decision not programmers (how would they know?).
The better response would have someone give an answer as to why the ROI
isn't there. Users throw hundreds of suggestions into a black hole and wait,
while they fight frustrations daily. We should call/e-mail once and wait.
muti-inquires are frowned on.

It seems we are picking on Equis, No I have sold many copies with my praise
as a user, remaining honest about faults. I wonder how many copies are sold
because of IBD ads verses someone asking a owner. A copy of MSWIN will
remain a key stroke away. A sincere desire for change shouldn't be handled
in a condescending manner. Can you teach an old dog new tricks? No.
