About once every month or two, Equis posts a message here to the effect that
they take our suggestions very seriously, but nothing seems to happen.
Sometimes the Equis responder says a little more than they really wanted to.
One time there were a number of complaints that Equis wasn't supplying
patches for V 6.5: the Equis responder said that it because MS v6.5 was
written as a single program it was impossible to write a patch without
rewriting the program. A few days later Equis denied this, but I dont
remember if any patches were subsequently made available.
Its been a long time since the last upgrade to MS. It may be that this is
taking so long is because Equis is trying to come out with a completely new
version of MS.
