Paula & Larry:

If you copy the explorer results to the clipboard and paste it in a
spreadsheet, you can then delete the offending column.

If your problem is that the location column gets printed onto a second page,
just set the paper for landscape instead of portrait.

Subject: Report editing

Does any one know how to eliminate the location of the stock in
reports for the explorer. I'm doing it one at a time in word perfect
but can take a long time. Is there some sort of setup for the printer
in MS 6.5 or option that I've missed.
Thanks
Larry
