One way to not print the data location is to grab the title bar when viewing
the report and slide it so it completly closes. The printer will then only
print what is sees in the report.

Does any one know how to eliminate the location of the stock in
reports for the explorer. I'm doing it one at a time in word perfect
but can take a long time. Is there some sort of setup for the printer
in MS 6.5 or option that I've missed.
