If I am not mistaken, according to DOW Theory, a Bear market will be signaled
if the DOW Industrials make a new low on the current reaction below the low on
the previous reation. This is after the DOW Transports failed to confirm the
most recent high on the DOW Industrials and the Transports made a new lower
low today.
I would be interested in hearing alternate interpretations from those who
might be more versed in DOW Theory than I.
