There are multiple brokers one may trade through.  I'm using LFG (Linnco
Futures Group), but evidently Lind-Waldock has some things that I currently
don't have.  I'm downloading info from L-W today to see what that might be.

It looks like CME is going to enhance Globex trading facilities to provide
for stop orders sometime in 1998.

I'd bet capital requirements vary across brokers.  Probably the way one
places a trade varies across brokers as well.  L-W may have an online
system.  With LFG, I make an 800 number phone call.  It's a cinch to get
filled at the current bid/ask.
