I don't think YOU can do anything about it.  You might send a note to the
owner of the page suggesting a change in format.  And if there's enough
command a little scriptlet of some kind by you would be greatly appreciated.
I suggest you look at Perl for the purpose.  It's a programming language
specifically for reading text, and producing formatted output.  I've written
a couple of scripts to deal with the Time and Sales data from the Merc in
Perl...  It was pretty easy.
