Variable Index Dynamic Average (VIDYA)

In "THE NEW TECHNICAL TRADER" by Chande & Kroll, a dynamic exponential
moving average (VIDYA) is introduced.  It sounds intriguing.

	Does anyone have experience using VIDYA in MetaStock 6.0 - and if so -
can you share the formula and usage strategy?  And, of course, what
success have you had using it.  Much appreciated.  Lon
