Title: Re[2]: [amibroker] Re:Inverted (upside-down) chart display

hmmm, it wouldn't be that every one is looking for this:

Plot(C,"Normal Chart",colorBlack,styleNoLine);

PlotOHLC(-O,-H,-L,-C,"UpsideDown Chart",colorWhite,styleBar|styleOwnScale|styleNoLabel);

best regards,

For what it's worth, I read a note once by someone who used to work for Tudor Jones that he (Jones) used to look at charts upside down all the time.

I notice sometimes when I look at a cash USDJPY chart that it will strike me differently than a CME FT 6J (the Yen futures) chart. There are definitely biases we have towards the long side and short side.

Bill,

You have the sense of humor, that's the most important! And I think you are totally right that chart has a visual/right-brain side that is often ignored. Actually I have myself sometimes printed chart and turned the sheet up-down to have a different perspective so, now seriously,I believe that you search is totally valid. Good luck.

Physically inverting a monitor also switches left-to-right, and makes it hard to read the text (but you knew that, didn't you?). Perhaps mounting an angled mirror above the monitors? Still hard to read, but left/right would be preserved.
