Dates and times are reported in AB as they are reported by the data source.
For example eSignal uses internally UTC (universal time) always, regardless
of where the customer is located. Then customer can apply his/her
time shift to represent times in his/her own time zone using File->Database Settings->Intraday Settings
"Time Shift" field. 
As I wrote before, this shift is done on the fly and has no impact on data saved,
thus can be changed back and forth for example while you travel from one
time zone to another without influencing underlying database.
