Thanks Jim. We all owe a debt of gratitude for the great effort Jim
has made in providing us with periodic update of this important
database. I know Jim has limited time so his efforts are doubly
appreciated. On the ETF's one can get that information from the Wall
Street Journal with a break out by markets.
