I had an account with MB and was quite satisfied with their support and
stock trading. I was quite unhappy with their reports.
Frequently they were late, but most of my problem was with the monthy
statements for futures trading that came directly from their clearing house,
Penson Financial. They we simply horrible. Basically they were just raw
trades that was very time consuming to reconcile.
My experience with MB is a couple of years old, so the situation may have
changed.
My experience with IB has been very good, but admittedly if you want a lot
of support, IB is not the right place for you.
