Hello,

No, the forum won't retire UKB for one reason: presentation.

UKB authors are very concerned about the presentation, and
while UKB is flexible in that area, the forum is *very* limited
when it comes to formatting the article.
Forum is stricly for discussion and meant as list replacement only
(of course if majority would like to switch to WEB instead of
using off-line e-mail client).
