I'll add that my opinions re: online tutorial effectiveness are only
offered

a)  in the context of the existing lively discussion on
finding/organizing info

b)  for consideration by those who might be considering what format to
post some particular information in

I'm in no way suggesting the Yahoo list go away, or advocating that AB
change their supported public offerings, unless such a change makes
sense on AB's own terms.

I see that TJ has decided the subject merits a poll.
The resulting numbers may be interesting, but if the choice is to end
the email list, I predict very few people will support that.  

(I'm for augmenting existing offerings as might make sense to those
who would be doing the contributing.  I'm not for tearing down
anything that's currently helpful, as the email list obviously is.)
